Extraction Plates
MTR Martco engineered plates can last up to 30% longer by combining 410 and 17-4 stainless steel and a 
precision heat-treating process to increase hardness and enhance durability. In addition, our plates can be fitted with Stellite® wear strips to further improve resistance to wear.
Flexibility
Our extraction plates can be furnished with a variety of drilling patterns and hole diameters to fit your particular pulping application, providing up to 40% total open area for maximum defibering and hydraulic capacity.
